Lucas Swallows brings a global perspective and more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to Flora’s cocktail program. As Corporate Director of Mixology for Heritage Hotels & Resorts, he draws on his international experience and appreciation for New Mexico’s culture to create drinks with character. His Margarita Bar menu balances fresh flavors, thoughtful combinations, and a playful spirit, offering a fresh take on a familiar favorite.
